Surrounded by 26 acres of scenic, wooded parkland, The Lodge at Little Seneca Creek is Mother Nature's ultimate meeting place. This rustic log cabin with its natural wood cathedral ceilings and massive, wood-burning flagstone fireplace is an ideal setting for a business retreat or social gathering.
As many as 120 guests can enjoy a seated dinner followed by dancing in the one-room lodge, and up to 175 can sit comfortably theater-style for a seminar or business presentation.
Your guests will enjoy breathtaking views of the expansive lawn and surrounding woods from the Lodge's two large exterior wooden decks. With plenty of room for tents and recreational activities, The Lodge accommodates outdoor events for as many as 300 people.
The Lodge at Little Seneca Creek offers air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, and a catering kitchen. Business and social gatherings can take advantage of the facility's Internet access and the availability of a variety of meeting equipment, including a projection screen. The entire facility is also handicapped accessible.
Easy access to Little Bennett Golf Course—one of the finest golf courses in the Washington, D.C. area—offers you the flexibility of combining your meeting or social event with a challenging round of golf. Other nearby scenic attractions include a nearby trout stream, South Germantown Recreational Park, Little Seneca Lake, Black Hill Regional Park, and Sugarloaf Mountain.
