Description:
This 108.6-acre property is located at the southern
quadrant of the intersection with MD 121 and I-270
approximately a quarter of a mile west of I-270.
The proposed development consists of 437 residential
dwelling units, including 57 MPDUs, a local park,
and an elementary school.

approved on June 3, 2004. The Infrastructure and Roads Only Site Plan was approved on June 14, 2007 to accommodate a maximum of 1,886 residential dwelling units, 500 senior units, and 2.4 million square feet of retail and employment uses.
