Planning Board Action:
On March 9, 2006, the Planning Board held a public hearing on the special exception cases. The Planning Board recommended denial of the special exception cases to the Board of Appeals due to the size (9,264 square feet) of the proposed facility. The applicant filed amendments to the cases. At a public hearing on September 14, 2006, the Planning Board recommended approval of the revised plans for the 6,610 square-foot facility.

At a public hearing on April 3, 2008, the Planning Board approved the preliminary plan for the property known as Bennett Creek. See attached Staff Report.
