Description:   This application would create one lot (from two former lots) for the construction of a 4,100-square foot bank with four drive-thru aisles.   The 1.16-acre  property is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of MD 355 and Scenery Drive.  The property is zoned C-1 for commercial use.   Access to the site will be from Scenery Drive with an exit only on Frederick Road (MD 355).
