Notes: 1. The number of Density Bonus Units is always rounded down, while the number of MPDUs is always rounded up. 2. Calculations for MPDUs in TDR situations are different. The worksheet is under construction for calculation of MPDUs in TDR developments. 3. This scenario building tool was developed by the Housing Staff in the Research & Technology Center (RTC) of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) and is for the purpose of analysis only. While the tool may be helpful, it is not intended to be used as a substitute for the zoning ordinance or other applicable regulations. The ultimate yield of any given parcel can only be determined on a case-by-case basis through Montgomery County’s formal development review process.
