The Library will be closed on January 21 & February 18, 2008.
The Library is open 10 am-3 pm, Monday-Friday. Closed Holidays. Other weekday hours are available by appointment.The library is also open weekends during Maryland Master Gardener Plant Clinic Hours. Staff are available to guide visitors to the appropriate resources and to answer questions.

Master Gardener Plant Clinics- Year round plant clinic hours are: Saturday 10am to 2pm, and Sunday 1 to 4pm.

Resources
The Library houses a collection of approximately 5,000 volumes on plants and gardening for adults and children. It is a reference collection, therefore books are not lent to the public.

The Library subscribes to approximately 30 periodicals and receives newsletters from local plant societies and garden clubs. A file of nursery catalogs for seeds, plants, and gardening supplies is updated regularly.
