Conservation Park
25701 Kings Road
Damascus
Like other conservation areas, the Oak Ridge Conservation
Park is undeveloped for active recreation. The 64.5-acre
park provides open space adjacent to and behind John T.
Baker Middle School. In 1998, the school received a grant
from the Chesapeake Bay Trust for sixth graders and Watershed
Service Club members to create a nature trail in the park.
The park was acquired by M-NCPPC in 1976. |
