Wheaton Regional Park Athletic Complex 11710 Orebaugh Avenue Wheaton Enjoy a variety of outdoor sports at Wheaton Regional Park's F. Frank Rubini Athletic Complex. Four softball fields and two baseball fields are provided for day and evening use. Permits must be obtained from the Park Permit Office to use the ballfields. One outdoor basket ball court and four handball courts are available on a firts-come , first-served basis. The Complex is also home to one of the County's two indoor tennis bubbles. The Wheaton Regional Park Tennis Bubble is located at 11715 Orebaugh Avenue and provides 6 courts which require reservations and a fee. One court is available for reservations for public "spot" play. Call (301) 649-4049 for reservation information, lesson information, and court rentals for parties.
