Pope
Farm Nursery is located at 7400 Airpark Road in Derwood. The Pope Farm
Nursery is where a wide variety of trees, shrubs, and
ornamental plants are grown for Montgomery County's 30,000-acre
park system. On its 92 acres, the facility features greenhouses
as well as open-air beds. A motto of the Pope Farm is
"Qui Plantavit Curabit" which means, "He
who plants, preserves". Volunteer opportunities open
