The Germantown Park Permit office will be closed Friday July 18, 2008, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
The priority submission for Fall ball field applications ended July 1, 2008. We continue to accept applications on a first come first served basis.
The Planning Board approved the updated Athletic Field Use Permit Policy (pdf, 172KB) and Outdoor Tennis Court Use Permit Policy (pdf, 138KB) on Thursday, June 19. In response to comments received, staff is currently exploring the inclusion of an appeal process for athletic field users who are denied permits for specific fields or days to make allocation more balanced. Once an appropriate appeal process is identified, it will be included in the updated Athletic Field Use Permit Policy and posted on this site.
