Montgomery Parks offers open-air picnic shelters, large group picnic areas, activity buildings, campgrounds, and many other locations for your meetings, celebrations and get-togethers.

Before you enter the reservation system, please read the below guidelines and indicate that you agree by clicking on the button below:

  • Reservation requests are finalized only after payment is accepted. Your reservation is not final until you receive a final confirmation email from the Park Permit Office, accept the rental terms outlined on the agreement, and submit your payment information. Please do not finalize event plans until the final confirmation email has been received or you comfirm with the Park Permit Office that your payment was received and the facility reserved.
  • Any reservations made within a 72-hour window will forfeit the fee and deposit and no refunds will be made. Reservation requests should be made more than 72 hours prior to the event date.
  • PLEASE CAREFULLY NOTE: CAMPSITES ARE FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY RESIDENTS ONLY.
  • The park activity buildings, Woodside Gym and the campsites may be booked up to six months in advance for weekend use (includes Fridays after 6pm and holidays), and up to three months in advance for weekday use.
  • The picnic shelters and group picnic areas are available for rental between April 1 - October 31, and may be booked beginning in January of the same year.
  • Before reserving a park activity center, we recommend that you visit the facility first to make sure it will work for your event. You may visit one of our two permit offices between 8:30am-3pm, Monday - Friday, to gain access to our indoor facilities. Please note that there is a $25 deposit required to borrow a key. All keys must be returned to the office by 4:30pm the same day the key is borrowed. Your deposit will be returned at that time. Note: Very few of the buildings have AC units if this is a requirement be sure to check site amenities in advance, additionally, because of unforseen circumstances we are unable to quarantee full working condition of the units.
  • Before reserving a picnic shelter or group picnic area, we recommend that you visit the site first to make sure it will work for your event. Fees for these sites are non-refundable and any changes to dates or locations will require a $48 change fee.Please note the Commission Park Rules and Regulations while selecting the facility of your choice.
