Coaches: Do you wish to reserve a Local Ballfield for Practices?

PLEASE CAREFULLY NOTE:

Local Ballfield Practices can not be booked for adult baseball and softball teams. Park Permit Office will finalize all Local Ballfield Practice Requests. Your application request is not final until your request is processed by the Park Permit Office. Please wait to finalize your practice plans until you receive your PERMIT contract. These requests will be processed and mailed out March 15, if we are able to assign your field choice.

If you are a new team coach and do not have your team roster, Please fax (301-495-2484) or mail your application (pdf) to the Park Permit Office. Please DO NOT use this online application. Incomplete applications WILL NOT be processed.

The $48 Local Ballfield Practice fee is non-refundable once your field is assigned. Please look at the ballfield listing prior to submitting your request. We highly recommend that you visit your field choices. Thank you and have a wonderful season!

Applications received prior to the application windows of December 15 (Spring/Summer - December 15-February 1) or June 1 (Fall/Winter - June 1-July 1) WILL NOT be processed, additionally, fees are non refundable.
