Locations
The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission oversees three campsites. Reservations for two of these can be handled through the Montgomery County Permit Office.
Cabin John Regional Park and Parklawn Group Picnic Area each offer primitive camping opportunities right in the heart of busy metropolitan areas. Each campsite features grills, a campfire circle, pit toilets, and can accommodate a maximum of 10 campers.
