Description:
MH Property has proposed an addition to the commercial center (where Advanced Auto Parks is located) on the west side of New Hampshire Avenue, north of Eastern Avenue, in Takoma Park. The 2.15 acre property is zoned C-2 with the Commercial Revitalization Overlay Zone (CROZ). The proposed addition to the 19,509 square foot building is a 86,250 square foot self storage warehouse that would be 36.5' tall.
