Description: Easter Seals plans to develop a 51' tall building on this 0.65 acre site at the corner of Spring Street and Second Avenue. The building will include 41,400 square feet of development, including adult day care and administrative offices/meeting space. The main entrance will be located on Spring Street. The revised project will be developed at FAR 1 under the Standard Method of Development in the CBD-R1 zone.
