Description:

applicant (Tezzera) proposes 24 loft condominium
units on a 17,089 square foot CBD-1 property at
Fenton Street / Bonifant Street (next to the Safeway)
in the Silver Spring Central Business District (CBD).
The proposed building will be 60' tall and feature
a green roof. It is now under construction.
