Description: The 39,657 square foot parking lot at the corner of Flower Avenue/Arliss Street in Long Branch has been proposed for a 57,900 square foot medical office building. The proposed building would be 40' tall, as permitted under the C-1/Commercial Revitalization Overlay Zone with a Planning Board finding of neighborhood compatibility and master plan consistency. At least 139 parking spaces would be included on-site, many in structured parking beneath the building. The existing driveway closest to the intersection would be closed. It is anticipated that the proposed building would be used as a satellite facility by Washington Adventist Hospital.
